What this programme is for
This programme is intended and designed for students, current and future managers and operators of government solid waste management systems, and industry professionals who work in an advisory or consulting capacity to them.
The word that matters is integrated. Cities rarely fail at any single component; they fail at the joins — a transfer station sized for a collection fleet that was never bought, a processing plant fed a waste stream nobody characterised. The programme works through the system as a system, and through the economics that decide whether it survives a change of administration.

Municipal waste practitioners
Our faculty are practitioners. They consult for industry, advise municipalities and run research projects, and they teach from that work rather than from a textbook.
