We hire across training delivery, operations and marketing from our Hyderabad office, with regional operations in Dehradun, Abu Dhabi and Lagos. We also run a standing internship programme for students and research scholars, and welcome subject-matter experts to join our expert network on national and international projects.

Subject Matter Expert — Training

What you'll do
- Design and deliver training on your area of specialism
- Contribute technical depth to programmes, projects and advisory work
- Partner with professionals, institutions and organisations on live engagements

What we look for
- Five to ten or more years of specialist experience in waste or environment
- Deep technical understanding of waste regulation, technology and management
- Evidenced through consulting positions, certifications, publications or technical roles
Coordinator, Training Programs

What you'll do
- Assess training needs and design effective learning programmes for staff and stakeholders
- Coordinate and facilitate training sessions, workshops and capacity building initiatives
- Develop learning materials, manuals and online resources
- Track and evaluate training effectiveness and impact
- Manage training budgets and vendor relationships
- Promote a culture of continuous learning and knowledge sharing
What we look for
- Minimum degree in management or sciences
- Experience in stakeholder management
- Good communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of MS Office tools
- Ability to link learning to business goals
Social Media Content Creator

What we look for
