What we bring is judgement: audits and analysis, compliance and regulatory guidance, strategy and planning for industry, feasibility studies and business continuity work, and proposal development for environmental service providers.
The same advisory work extends to people and to new ventures — helping a graduate find a route into the sector, and helping a small enterprise get established in it. Both are the same act as an industrial compliance review: helping someone make a decision they do not yet have the information to make well.
What this means for you
Because we hold no operational waste contracts, our advice isn’t shaped by what we would like to be paid to run afterwards. If the right answer is to change a process rather than build a facility, that is the answer you get.
